Meet the artist

Hi, I'm Sakura — a former classroom teacher pursuing her dream of becoming a creative artist.

I loved teaching, but over time I found myself constantly rushing through life, exhausted and disconnected from the things that mattered most. I barely noticed the seasons changing and rarely had the time or energy to enjoy the simple moments with family and friends. Eventually, I realised I wanted a slower, more intentional way of living — one where I could create with my hands and appreciate the beauty of everyday life.

Today, I create handcrafted cold porcelain jewellery inspired by nature, the changing seasons, and memories from my travels throughout Japan. Each piece begins as an original design and is carefully made by hand, celebrating the colours, textures, and fleeting moments that make every season unique.

My hope is that my jewellery brings a sense of warmth, comfort, and joy to your everyday. In a world that often moves too fast, I hope each piece serves as a gentle reminder to slow down, notice the beauty around you, and appreciate the season you're in.
